Defective SUP Backpack

I am writing to complain about the SUP backpack I purchased from your online store. Unfortunately, after the very first use, the stitching on the front completely came apart, making the backpack unusable.
The product was used normally and carefully, so I am very disappointed with its quality, especially considering that it failed after just one use.

Ripped backpack strap after first use

I bought the Waterwalker 120 which came with this bag. On the first use, one of the backpack strap ripped off, making it useless to be used as a backpack. That was the first time I was using it and I was using it like a normal usage. I strongly this bag since it is really filmsy.

This bag is amazing

I'm so glad I bought it I was worried if it was big enough for my 10.2 paddleboard. I have room for a paddleboard, equipment. 2 yoga mats. my freediving equipment, my boxing and training equipment. the quality is good! i'm a big fan!!

I have two Thurso boards and bags from two different model years and have been telling everyone I know to get a Thurso, in no small part for the bag quality. One of my friends who followed my advise has been loathe to bring her board out cause it's hard to carry and I couldn't imagine why. I just borrowed and WOW this current bag design is SO BAD. It's super baggy, doesn't hold the board secure, the main straps both use a tiny little plastic snap buckle that can't be replaced. Hers broke on the first use and it's just a giant saggy unwieldy blob. Do not buy this bag. Thurso—revert!

There needs to be maybe a couple internal straps instead of one large external straps. Or maybe all three… if you suck the air out of paddle board, to reduce size, it’s has a tendency to sag in the bag causing the bottom to drag on the ground. But seems to have more than enough size to deal with a paddle board.

BIG BAG! This is great for putting your board and gear into for flights. You can fit even more personal luggage in the bag with it! Great purchase!

Loads of room!!

I just received this item today and it was perfect for my needs. I have an inflatable paddle board, with paddle, fin and pump. Everything fit in perfect with room to spare. It even fit my mask and snorkel with room for my foam exercise sponge roller. I am happy.

Great SUP bag

We bought this wheely backpack ahead of holidays. We were taking our inflatable boards on the flight with us for the first time and needed a good quality bag that can roll. It did the job very well.
The bag is big enough for the board and all the gear , it stays up without support, and its wheels can handle most terrain. At the airport the bag need to go to oversize luggage for check-in but it was all very smooth.
We bought 2 (1 board each) and were delighted with them. Great bag for great holidays

Good for SUP 11"

Good quality of the bag, perfect size for 11" SUP + lifejacket+ personal items. With wheels you can transfer your SUP easily. Price is a little bit high for my opinion.

Trip to hawaii

We got it to the trip to Hawaii and it was amazing great! I paid to check in and I even had space on the top to put some bath products and my flippers! It's really good quality and reinforced with the clips.

This bag is amazing. Not only did the paddle board fit, but also the life vests, paddles, compressor. Great bag for traveling.

Great if you can remove your paddle board fins. Otherwise not as useful.

Great bag buy my paddleboard has permanent fins so I have to leave the styrofoam blocks on the fins or they will bend in the bag. This makes it a tight fit to get the paddleboard inside the bag and I can't fit the paddle or optional kayak seat or my PFD inside for travel . So only buy if your fins can be removed.Also would be nice I'd all the straps could secured instead of dragging when you wheel the bag.Also the bag won't stand up. It keeps falling forward. It's kind of a nuisance.I appreciate that that you can wheel it or use as a backpack.

Nice sturdy bag

I fit my Tower Adventure 2 board in here. Fit great and had room for life jackets. Seems sturdy and well made. Checked it on flight SouthWest Airlines with no problem.
